For sno-mo suits try Dennis Kirk, Joe Rocket, online. The good thing about sno-mo suits is that they are bulky and loose which means trapped air and warmth and you can wear any normal work clothes(office or shop) under them. And when you get there the suit comes off and you're ready! The other thing is that because your core temp remains high the gloves and boots aren't so important (as long as you're not riding too far). There are varying levels of style and features and price.
